Losing the Baby Weight


That is how many inches my waistline currently is. Ugh. I gained 60+ pounds during my pregnancy and I am only now starting to work out again. Working out post pregnancy is hard. There are so many things to consider including maintaining my milk supply, whether or not P will sleep long enough for me to work out and shower, if he will be in a good mood and not cry while sitting in the stroller. At 5 mos he's finally on a schedule that will allow me to start doing Turbo Jam again. Wish me luck!
